North Shore Massage & Bodywork is a boutique Massage Therapy Studio in the heart of downtown Highland Park. Owner, Jessie Shastal has been practicing in the field of Massage Therapy for 15 years. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, AMTA and is board certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, NCBTMB.

Hi, I'm Jessie! I became interested in a career in Massage Therapy during high school. As a child and young adult I was fortunate to receive extensive bodywork and the benefits that come with it. I knew at a young age just how much it helped me so I decided to learn how to share that healing with others. I am highly trained in a variety of Massage modalities and energy healing techniques, including:
